Where is this society heading to?

I am from '90s. Then we were taught about morality and we try our best to be obdient. We are taught and we practice integrity. But kids these days!! Are they doing same? I doubt!! You ask why? I doubt because kids days are completely different. Since globe is turning out to be a modern world not just with the mindset of people but also with the Smart technology. Here I am not blaming any smart technologies. No!! Never a 100%!! Probably 5%. LOL!!! I am talking about most of the kids who are trying to be cool. They want to be famous but to be famous one has to do hard work that could serve in life. But now a days to be cool they are working hard to be "Viral". Viral at my times used to be diseases like viral influenza, viral infections. The term viral those days use well defined as "enough capable to make multiple suffer". However, now everybody in smart virtual platforms are trying to be viral. In our times we use to work hard to practice boring things since we were asked to do that or get ready for a lecture and there were no other things to do in our leisure time so we follow what we were told. So any how we turn to be as we are now.

Recently I saw a teenager buying a pack of cigrette. I tried to educate him so I ended up saying don't smoke or you will die. Then you know what did he replied to me? He said i know that. So tell something new. So this boy told me to grow up who already know better things with a lot of experiences to their age. 

Few days back I watched in a video platform, I saw two guys acted carring a jutt sack comes from behind a commuter in the street and covers him from head to toes and carrys him to a side walk and leaves him on a side walk. How could this be a funny act? What kind of message is being shared? Why giving chance for crime? Should people help stop such act or just they have to sit down and watch it happen in real with criminals to victims. When people laugh, is it valid and it is not a big threat to the society?

Some other day I saw a short video. It has also a lot of likes 3 digits with "K". A girl was being humiliated by so called friends who forcefully destroyed a birthday cake. The silly thing was it was being destroyed by the birthday girl's face that was dumped over it. Several hands of her friends grabed her neck and head from behind and silly act started. What is so funny in it? It is solely a disrespect of food. Who thinks that is cool? For poor kids cake is still a dream food that they wish to taste it. A slice of it could make them happy for his her entire time even when they remember it. 

Here let's talk about the action. In our '90s when we celebrate birthday we call our friends and we have a feast and the main act of the ceremony would be cake cutting. Whenever we remember our birthday, we don't just remember our sweet cake but also sweet people around us. But now just imagine when someone remebers their birthday. Is it sweet for the Birthday girl in this example? What would she remember. She would remember or try to remember who were next to me in my right and left. who's hand was the trigger and who's the least responsible but still they were there to laugh on my face. So is it the birthday ceremony that treasures the sweet memories with sweet people? or is it the event to remember whom we have to take revenge on and how to plan it for next time to make it even more impactful to make the memory more funny. Here the sense of celebrations has turned other side from sweet memory to the event to humiliate the birthday boy or girl. Now in few years birthday would no longer stay happy ceremony but an event of punishment. Who is special here, special person would get grant to do or wish anything so it's not the birthday person but they are the crowd called friends. Other silly thing is this special people will not do good work like cutting cake and share it with the invitees. Here the special people will do something nasty. They will spoil the cake.

Everythings changing and only because of smart technologies, no not only but since in my time we did not have that privilege to use smart things. I blame those scientist!! But no not they are solely responsible for this. The main thing is the business men. Why at those times business tycoons were not making such plans of 5G or else like travelling to MARS back and forth in days like going to Neighboring coutries. Probably we could have enjoyed some kind of smart things. Although, thanks to chinese products. They were cool then and cool now. There are many elite brands manifactured in China that lands in rich's house or their life. There are such things that are made for anyone that are affordable. The durability is other part but they give an experience of anything that riches use even when if we have to curse ourselves in uncertain time. If lucky we will not curse anyone but ill fated... it could be broke just at the first impression of using it. 

Back to the point, Where is the society turning to? Why we are being helpless? Who are to be blamed? For example if we try to take control and try to teach our own kids. We will have to think twice before doing anything. What if they have their smart device on and what if the camera is capturing us? People find in such platforms are so children right officiers that if they find us abusing our kids in the videos then they will start to pour down their favor on the kid. They will say don't try to control others they got their own life. Your generation is too old. Even some will say "Grow Up". Hello!! Know that is offensive whoever are teenagers that calls us to grow up. We are already elder than you and you want us either to be helplessly old or were you cursing us to die soon. lol!! 

Some day when I was surfing in internet I saw some intimate photos of adult couples. Then again I looked at it the next day, sorry it was by mistake because it was in the cache of the browser. It was interesting though, then it dragged me some other times too. Was that smart thing to share in the web. 

I want to say that I know some advance tech from back then. lol!! Then what? I have to admit that it was not the smart tech that are responsible for this change. Who is responsible? How kids are infected of viral trendz? Let's not focus on who is responsible? Some control we lost over our children and that was our responsibility too. And I won't blame myself or my generation. Let's watch some smart viral things somebody falls down in the street, Laugh!! Somebody says nasty words in meeting, laugh!! An old man breaks shakes his body in cold water prank, laugh!! Anything that makes one suffer has become a trend to other to laugh.

Sadly, in my generation when someone falls we don't laugh. Like for an example, a frustrated mother for her life with no expected progress... when she sees her kid tumble upside down in street she would not smile or laugh on that kid. Our generation was something else. She will just go and grab her kid and ... she will land 2 or 3 slaps on the back of it and starts to say can't you even walk properly. Always you fall down and I have to pick you. Just like your father... never look properly what is there in front of you.
