I can not defeat myself though I can't stop as well. Furthermore attempts to it has always given me lessons to learn. I need my family, friends and my community be happy. Furthermore, I want my happiness too. Interpretations to my happiness could be 'selfishness' for sometime and for some people but if my happiness does not hurt other's rather than their ego then it is not selfishness. It is love and respect to oneself.  However, situations and terms when fall one at a time or all at once, we may slow down and may get tired very soon. It would keep going in our mind. Here we must believe in ourselves as a stronger and invincible person than earlier.
